Smart computer laboratory inaugurated
At Mehsana English medium school No. 1, Mehsana
A new smart computer laboratory was inaugurated at Mehsana English medium school no. 1, Mehsana (Government school) for providing the advanced E-learning platform in the school under OTBL CSR Scheme 2024-25.
Dr Banwari Lal, Managing Director, ONGC Teri Biotech Limited (OTBL), Shri Sunil Kumar, ED-Asset Manager, ONGC, Mehsana Asset and Dr Sharad Trivedi, DPEO, Mehsana inaugurated it on 1st May 2025. This is the first initiative to provide smart computer labs in English medium government schools in the state of Gujarat and under this initiative, similar smart computer labs have been set up in a total of four government schools in Mehsana district, in which advanced computers and interactive panels have been installed to provide e-learning platforms to children and teachers.
Dr Banwari Lal (MD-OTBL) said that by connecting e-learning and technology, it will be easy to improve career in future and get a job in the coming future. Shri Sunil Kumar (ED-Asset manager, ONGC, Mehasana Asset) said that technology and smart education will help in our mission of developing India 2047.
Advantage Assam 2.0 took place from 25 February to 1 March 2025 at Khanapara, Guwahati. The event was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. TERI participated by presenting various activities and achievements at its exhibition stall. The contemporary art, innovation, and technology of OTBL were prominently featured through posters and videos. This exhibition drew a varied audience, including scientists, academicians, scholars, industry professionals, artists, and community members, thereby promoting an atmosphere of engagement and dialogue. Notably, the exhibition stall was visited by the Hon'ble Agriculture Minister, Government of Assam on 27 February 2025 and the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam on 28 February 2025, along with other government officials.

Ms. Sushma Rawat, Chairperson, ONGC TERI Biotech Limited (OTBL) and Director (Exploration), ONGC was invited to CEO Forum, 2025 – Partnerships for Accelerating Sustainable Development and Climate Solutions on 06th March, 2025 conducted by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). She interacted with participants regarding “Leadership Address: Partnerships for Accelerating Sustainable Development and Climate Solutions”.
Mr. Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas inaugurated the third edition of the India Energy Week 2025 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi on February 11, 2025. Ms. Sushma Rawat, Chairperson, ONGC TERI Biotech Limited and Director (Exploration), ONGC attended the event along with many dignitaries. ONGC TERI Biotech Limited got the opportunity to showcase the services provided by the Company in the exhibition booth of ONGC at INDIA ENERGY WEEK, 2025 held from 11th to 14th February, 2025.
