Invitation of CSR Proposals for FY 2026–27

ONGC TERI Biotech Limited (OTBL) invites proposals for innovative and impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects that align with its vision of creating positive social impact and fostering sustainable development.

About OTBL
ONGC TERI Biotech Limited (OTBL) is a Public Limited Company, incorporated in India on 26th March, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 (now Companies Act, 2013), with its registered office at 6C, Darbari Seth Block, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.

The Company is engaged in providing biotechnological solutions to the Oil and Gas industry. OTBL delivers large-scale bioremediation solutions through the application of OILZAPPER for oil spill clean-up, undertakes Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery (MEOR), and executes Wax Deposition Prevention (WDP) / Paraffin Deposition Bacteria (PDB) services to prevent paraffin deposition in oil well tubing and surface flow lines for oil companies across India.

Key Guidelines for Submission of Proposals

1. Geographical Preference
   Preference shall be given to projects proposed in the local areas and areas around the operational locations of OTBL.
   
   All CSR projects and programmes must be implemented within India only.
   
   
2. Project Duration
   The duration of the project should preferably not exceed 9–10 months and shall, under no circumstances, extend beyond the relevant financial year.
   
   
3. Project Cost
   The total cost of the proposed programme shall not exceed INR 20 lakhs.
   
   
4. Submission Timeline
   CSR proposals must be submitted on or before 31st March, 2026.
