Shri A.K.Hazarika, Director (Onshore), ONGCShri. A. K. Hazarika, who is Chairman of the OTBL Board, is a 1st class graduate in mechanical engineering from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati. He joined ONGC as Graduate Trainee in 1976. He remained in Assam upto 1989 at various important positions with increasing complex responsibilities.
Dr.Banwari Lal, Director (Environmental & Industrial Biotechnology), TERIDr. Banwari LaL is also Director & CEO, OTBL. In TERI he leads a team of 600 person R&D facility with over 150 PhDs in five locations around India.
Shri S.S. Rajsekar, Director, ONGCShri. S. S. Rajsekar is a Chemical Engineer and an accomplished professional, a first generation entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in real estate promotion and trade. He is also associated with consultancy services focused on providing business solutions.
Dr. D.M.Kale, Director-General, Energy Centre, ONGC
Dr. D.M.Kale, holds a Doctorate Degree in Astrophysics from prestigious Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He has more than 26 years of experience in Reservoir Management of Oil & Gas fields.
Shri M.M.Joshi, Director (Technology Dissemination and Enterprise Development), TERI
Air Cmde M. M. Joshi (Retd.), is currently also the Honorary Secretary of the Governing Council of TERI. He was unanimously elected as the first CEO of OTBL.
Shri Anoop Kumar, Executive Director & Chief HSE, ONGC
Shri Anoop Kumar is an electrical engineer, having completed his engineering in Ist Class from Agra University. He is basically an electrical engineer, having completed his engineering in Ist Class from Agra University.
Dr. R.V.Marathe, Executive Director & Head Institute of Reservoir Studies, ONGCDr.R.V.Marathe, holds two Master’s Degrees in Physics from Pune University and in Mathematics from Gujarat University.
